I WAS a customer for their Upneeq product for over 2 years. Luckily, I had an issue with my credit card on file.

Their Upneeq prescription includes free shipping. They have been charging me $4.95 shipping on each of my 12 orders. When brought to their attention they offered a credit on the last 3 orders only.

Found a new supplier with lower pricing and FREE SHIPPING.

So... I really wanted to like this, but after using it twice, my skin started feeling itchy. It just didn’t agree with me

I don’t remember every little detail of the issue now, but I definitely remember reaching out to customer service and feeling like I got nowhere. They weren’t very helpful, and the whole thing left a bad impression.

The order itself was totally fine, but the shipping was slow. I think I placed it around the 10th, or maybe a couple days before that, and then the tracking just sat there with no updates for days. It finally showed up later than I thought it would. Not a huge disaster or anything, just kind of frustrating.

I really wanted to feel like this was worth the money, but I’m still kind of questioning it. The results were okay, I guess, but for what I paid, I expected a lot more. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I don’t think I’d spend that much on it again.

I tried using SkinSolutions.MD, the website was kind of a pain. Some pages felt slow, and a few things didn’t load properly on my phone, which made the whole experience feel “clunky.”
I was just trying to find basic info, but it ended up taking way longer than it should have. The menus felt messy, and I kept clicking around without really getting anywhere useful.
Maybe the actual service is good, but the site itself made me not want to keep going. It really needs a cleaner layout and “easier” navigation so people don’t get frustrated right away.

I used the cream from SkinSolutions.MD for almost a month, hoping it would help with my dry patches and redness, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. Some days my skin even looked a little worse, which was frustrating because I was really trying to give it a fair shot.
For the price, I expected at least some kind of improvement. It felt more like a basic lotion than anything special, the disappointment feels preventable if the product was clearer about what to expect. I wouldn’t buy it again.
